If you are unable to Log in
1. Go to www.lancasterpuppies.com, click on the user icon and select "Log in"
2. Select "Continue with e-mail"
3. Click on "I forgot my password"
4. Enter your email and click "E-mail me reset link". A password reset link will be sent to your email address. Remember to check your Spam or Junk Folder if you have not received the link in the next few minutes.
If you are able to Log in
If you are already logged in and know your password but would like to change it, you can:
1. Log into your account
2. Click on the User Icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" 
3. Scroll down to the "Password" section of your account details:
- Enter your current password in the first field
- Enter your new password of choice in the second and third field.
- Click "Confirm changes."
