How to Change/Update your Contact Details

How do I change my account contact details?

1. Log into your account at www.lancasterpuppies.com.
2. Click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the page and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
   
3. Scroll through Settings to Contact Details.
   

To change your phone number:

1. Click the edit icon to the right of your current phone number.
   
2. Enter your new phone number in the pop-up field.
   
3. A message will be sent to your new phone number with a 6-digit verification code.
4. Verify your new phone number by entering the 6-digit code.
5. Click Confirm changes.

You can also change your preferred method of contact for your phone number by checking your preferred options:

And set up your Availability and other contact preferences:

To change your email address:

1. Enter your new email address in the pop-up field.
2. Click Confirm changes.
3. You will receive a confirmation pop-up that your contact details have been updated.
   
4. You may need to verify your email again. An activation link will be sent to the new email address.
   

To change your address:

1. Enter your new postcode in the pop-up field.
2. Click Confirm changes.
   

NOTE: If you change your contact details, your existing listings will not be automatically updated. You will need to edit each individual listing with your new contact details to make them up to date.
