Common Reasons Why an Account May Be Blocked
1. Violating our Terms of Use
All users agree to follow our Terms of Use when creating an account on Lancaster Puppies. Accounts may be blocked for reasons including, but not limited to:
Providing false or misleading information
Offering prohibited services
Posting inappropriate or inaccurate listings
Engaging in fraudulent activity
Failing to meet listing standards or verification requirements
2. Concerning or Suspicious Activity
We may temporarily or permanently block accounts where unusual activity has been detected. This may include:
Multiple reports from other users
Signs of spam, scams, or other dishonest behavior
Attempts to bypass verification or payment processes
3. Verification Failures
To maintain the integrity of our platform, all sellers are required to complete ID verification and meet certain quality standards. If you are unable or unwilling to complete the requested verification, your account may be blocked.
4. Repeated Policy Violations
We aim to work with users whenever possible to resolve issues, but accounts that repeatedly breach our rules may be permanently blocked without further warning.
What Happens After an Account is Blocked?
- Temporary Suspensions:
In some cases, accounts may be temporarily suspended while we review information or await additional documentation. We will notify you by email with the next steps to resolve the issue. - Permanent Blocks:
Accounts that have committed serious or repeated violations may be permanently blocked. If your account has been permanently blocked, you will no longer be able to access it or create a new account.
Please note: Lancaster Puppies reserves the right to block any account at our sole discretion if we believe it is necessary to protect users, ensure platform integrity, or enforce our Terms of Use.
