How do I close my account?
If you’d like to close your account, you can do so by following these steps:
Log in to your Lancaster Puppies account.
Go to Settings from your account menu.
Scroll down to the section labeled Close Account.
Click Close my account.
When the warning message appears, click Close my account again to confirm.
Your account will be closed.
Important Information:
- Closing your account is permanent. Once it’s closed, it can only be reopened by submitting a request to our Trust & Safety Team.
- We do not allow users to create multiple accounts, even if the first one has been closed. If you’d like to return to Lancaster Puppies or use different contact details, please contact us directly for assistance, or update your information in your account settings.
- If you have posted any listings with us, we will retain that data for security and animal welfare purposes.
How do I reopen my account?
If you’d like to reopen your Lancaster Puppies account:
Contact our Trust & Safety Team directly using the Support Ticket form below.
In your message, explain that you’d like to reopen your account.
Provide the email address associated with your previous account so we can locate it quickly.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and follow up with next steps.
