Common Log In Issues

Having trouble logging into your Lancaster Puppies account? Don’t worry - it’s usually a quick fix!

Below are some of the most common login issues and what you can do to resolve them.


1. Double-Check Your Email and Password

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account

  • Passwords are case-sensitive, so check for any accidental spaces or caps lock being on

2. Check Your Email for Verification

If you just created an account, make sure you’ve clicked the verification link sent to your email. You may not be able to log in until this is confirmed.

Can’t find it? Check your spam/junk folder or try re-sending the verification email. 


3. Has Your Account Been Blocked or Suspended?

In some cases, an account may be temporarily blocked or suspended due to a violation of our terms or pending verification. See this article for more information: Why Has My Account Been Blocked?

4. Try Basic Troubleshooting

If you're entering the correct login details but the page isn't responding:

  • Refresh the page or close and reopen your browser

  • Clear your cache and cookies - Common Browser Issues

  • Try logging in using a different browser or device


5. Logging In on Mobile

Whether you’re using a mobile browser or the Lancaster Puppies app:

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable

  • Ensure the app or browser is fully up to date

  • If using the app, try restarting or reinstalling it

  • The email address associated with your account

  • A description of what’s happening (any error messages, what you see, etc.)

  • The device and browser/app you’re using (e.g. Chrome on iPhone 13, Safari on Mac)

  • A screenshot or short screen recording (if possible as these are very helpful!)
