Each review is carefully assessed by our Trust & Safety Team to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with our guidelines.
These reviews not only help users make informed decisions when choosing sellers but also allow our Trust & Safety Team to actively monitor sellers and take swift action when necessary.
How We Review & Approve Feedback
Every review submitted goes through a manual review process by our team to ensure it is:
- Genuine - The review is from a real user and not from the seller reviewing themselves.
- Appropriate - Reviews must follow our community guidelines and not contain offensive or harmful content.
- Fair & Accurate - Reviews should reflect an honest experience, and we take steps to prevent false or misleading reviews.
Handling Negative Reviews
Negative reviews are automatically escalated to our Trust & Safety team for further evaluation. If a review involves fraud, scams, or safety concerns - a full investigation takes place and you may be asked to submit evidence to assist in this process.
In cases where a seller is found to violate our policies, their listings and account may be removed. This is why you may not see negative reviews on our platform, sellers who don’t meet our standards are no longer listed.
Additionally, we verify the accuracy of negative reviews to ensure they are not left out of spite, misinformation, or personal bias.
