How to Contact a Seller
There are a few ways you can contact a seller on Lancaster Puppies.
If you have already started a message with the seller and would like to continue it
- From the home page, click on the envelope icon in the top-right corner.
- This will open your Messages.
- Find the conversation you want to continue, click on it, and resume your chat.
From a Listing
To send a message:
- Open the puppy’s listing.
- Click on Message on the right side of the screen to open the message window.
- Click on Type your message, enter your message, and send it.
To call the seller:
- Open the puppy’s listing.
- Click on Call on the right side of the screen.
- This will display the seller’s phone number, their preferred contact method (call, text, or both), and their availability (day and time).
Note: Some sellers are only contactable via landline and do not offer messaging or text options. In these cases, they may request that you leave a voicemail if they do not answer, and they will return your call as soon as possible.
Important
- You must be logged into a verified account to see seller contact details.
- We recommend using in-platform messaging whenever possible. It is the most secure method and allows us to monitor for scams so we can act quickly if needed.
- If you suspect a scam in any message, text, or call, please report it to us immediately.
