Our approval process typically takes a few minutes, if no issues are found. If your listing is flagged for any reason, you will be emailed with more information. We appreciate your patience as our team carefully reviews each listing to maintain the highest standards of animal welfare and buyer protection.

What Happens During the Review?

Our team checks for compliance with our advertising policies, including:

  • Clear and accurate descriptions
  • Appropriate and high-quality images
  • Compliance with ethical breeding practices
  • Honest and transparent information about the puppies being listed
  • Accurate and verifiable Seller Contact information

If your advert meets all guidelines, it will be approved and published on our site.

What If There’s an Issue With My Listing?

If there are any concerns or required changes, our approvals team will contact you directly via the email address registered to your account. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, in case their message is filtered.
